I went to Sebring on February 18, 2026. I looked at the bank transaction at $24. I only requested a $8 car wash. There was no receipt paper available. I have a problem with this transaction. I contacted my bank to let them know what occurred. I only disputed $16 but I should have disputed $24 due to no paper receipt. I also collect receipts but no one on-site to speak with. If Sebring wants to write this error right, they will allow me a free wash since I only reported $16 credit to my bank. I will not go back again if a receipt cannot be produced. This site needs to have someone to monitor their receipt machines! Totally disappointed!

Actually, the owner responded very responsively and the error could have been on my end not knowing how to work tap card systems. Anyway, Chris was very apologetic and the conversation went extremely well.

I usualy use their was your own car service but it was quite busy this day but all said and done, I am happy with my car wash and how the "owner" responded responsively! I look forward to utilizing this service as Sebring is only 5 minutes or less from my home for the past 25 years!

You made my day to know that businesses are concerned with customer's concerns and correc the wrong - even though I could be the error in the transaction!
